At that time, if your appointment needs to be cancelled, please call the spa directly at 315-768-3423.
Please note: A 48-hour notice for cancellation is required.
-If you cancel within 24-hours, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
-No Call/No-Shows will be charged full payment of the booked service missed before you can reschedule your appointment.
